As per title, I need at least one window switch for a 6n2 polo (drivers side/passenger side I think they're all the same?)

Not really after the whole switching console but if its looks good and is up for the right price i'll take it

£17 + VAT brand new from VW incase you didn't know

^this. The 2 on the driver's side are the same but the passenger side one has a different connector iirc. I've just fitted one in the driver's side in my Lupo today as it happens & the old one is right next to me, the part no. is 6X0 959 855 B. Google tells me the passenger side is 6X0 959 855 A.

Yeh may have to go to VW :( And the passenger side does have a different connector :)

Do it, people sell the switch 'console' units for far more than you can buy a brand new switch for, it's nuts.

Here's a handy pic off of my build thread showing where you need to jam a small screwdriver in order to push the knackered switch out.

I'm super helpful this week.

If i were you (and i was) buy one from VW. Much less hassle. Also if you repair them, they end up wobbley and the auto down up didnt work always.

If your after a passenger side, iv got one, in grey but you can switch them over

Yeh i'll go to VW then; I managed to get the old one out no hassles a while back though...just never been arsed to replace it haha thanks though guys
