Hi guys, i have a Vibe V12 sub which was working perfect up until about an hour ago. Basicly a mate decided to turn the gain and boost all the way up on the control box. Came to put the sub back to the original settings and it seems to be conpletely missing out some lower bass notes, short punches of bass with no real 'oomph', constant buzzing and then went on to make a loud bang, constant vibration of the speaker itself also.

Anyone have any idea whats going on?

Sounds like amp is damaged inbox me and I can test both sub and amp I'm local if you want it checking

I can set the gains correctly to so it's all clean signal, I've got amps aswel if yours is damaged

Ahhh mannn, I'm literally so annoyed. Cheers that'd be really helpful, i'll let you know as if he pays for it to be fixed i'll just send it off to be done. I'll be in touch :)

Awww thanks man but it's just been sent off for repair today! Guy who broke it is being a right pain saying he didn't, so looks like i'll end up having to pay for it

Just don't let people mess with your stuff audio can be very expensive and in the wrong hands it's going to brake

I bet the repair fee is going to cost alot I'd only send it off if it cost alot to buy

The thing is i told him not to touch the controls, like more than once, next thing you know hes turned them all up full. Pissed off wasnt even the word . . . Well the quote they've given is okay, not as bad as i was expecting, it's just annoying that it looks like I'm the one whos gonna have to pay up

Learnt your lesson now then, hopefully they do a good job of repairing it if it's too cheap, tell me what they replace when you get it back
