Well my dad has took his winter wheels off and put his Porsche Splitrims back on his VW camper. But I get the Job of cleaning them

They have a Polished lip but not lacquered.

Is there a easyer way of cleaning round the Split rim Bolts? I normally use metal polish but it takes for ever.

Just want to know if there is any good products or tricks to cleaning them?

Any advice would be Good

Such a nice camper!

I've read that iron fallout remover is good for that, carpro iron x I think it's called.

Wash the wheels, Spray it on, agitate it with a detailers brush after a minute or so, then hose it all down, wash again, and of course then out some sealant on the wheels.

You might want to do some reading of compatibility on unlacquered wheels though, I'm only going in what I've read on other forums.

A toothbrush can be your best friend when it comes to cleaning in annoying places, not the one you use for your teeth obviously

I will have a go with a toothbrush next time and have a look into carpro iron x.

Does anyone on here run unlacquered polished wheels and what do you use to keep them clean?
