For the past few weeks I've been getting good quotes from Diamond/Admiral/Elephant through comparethemarket.com, £400 cheaper than the next best. I run the quotes today and they're not even showing?

Went on all different comparison sites and none of them are getting quotes from the above?

Has anyone else had the same problem, or know why it's happening?

Can't comment on why they're not showing up on compare sites but go to Elephant/Admiral direct, they knocked £100 off my quote when i called them directly. Have been with Elephant for last 2 years (10 month policy that gets me a years no claims) and now with Admiral multi-car. have always been by far the cheapest for me.

Also use: 029 2060 1298 instead of the 08 number as its free from mobiles (if you get landline minutes) but gives you the same options (source:saynoto0870.com)

It does this to me too, right pain in the balls. I think it's something to do with the number of quotes you might be doing to reduce load on their servers or something.

Just checked a different quote I had saved with them on comparethemarket, and every time you go through to their site and click get price, it says you need to ring up, no matter what details you give. I will have to give them a ring and barter with them.

Yeah I tried that site. My best guess is that they have changed their policy so that you have to call them before they give you a price. I was getting quotes fine yesterday, but since it's the 1st of April (possibly the beginning of their next accounting year), it's probably changed

I had this problem with elephant through compare the market when insuring my lupo. I phoned them up and the guy sorted it out for me to an even better price that I was quoted originally
