I think the adjusters are broken inside the headlight. anyone no where theses are sold,or the part number?

Also is there a diagram of theses headlights i can't find one?

Can you also get a Exploded parts diagram?

The bracket for the adjuster motors usually break, a bit of silicone or hot glue works a treat. I don't think you can get just the plastic brackets.

Looking at it, I can't figure out how the adjuster ball fits in though, Surely it wouldn't just push in?

Have you ever tried making the parts for the upper adjusters? Like the plastic link part?

I' ve created them last weekend by myself, from a plastic material. a look-a-like from zipsp's photos. (and used a 6n2 non-xenon clip)

screwed them into place, and pushed gently the adjuster in the created rail and seems te guide the adjuster right now.

a cheap fix, but had a hard time creating those out of a block plastic :p

Before they fitted i need to made some adjustments which i didnt have on photos (for ex. bigger hole )

Here is the exploded schematic for the headlight (if it's of any interest).

He does/did sell a load on uk polos.net and ebay iirc.

Yeah I had a set off sam, they're decent and are still holding strong. He still has 3 sets left IIRC
