Would these fit okay?

Featured Replies

Hi guys, after the last set of wheels I bought set my mot back I'm about to go and buy a set of ATS Classics but don't wanna be making the same mistake so any help hugely appreciated.

They are ATS classics, 6J on the front and 7J at the rear ET25 all round.

The front tyres are 165/50/13 and the rears I am unsure of ATM but are the same profile and have a small bit of stretch.

I don't want any poke (as little as possible), I'm aware the fronts won't too bad but just wondering about the rears really.

The car in question is a MK2F Polo, no arch work done, lowered on a 60/60 JOM kit, apart from that, completely standard!

My questions, Would I have any poke at all, I'm guessing I won't have any scrubbing issues but any help much appreciated, thanks!

(If anymore details are needed, let me know and il find out as soon as possible.)

you'll probably be ok, the rear arches might need folding though. you wont have any poke unless they are a daft offset. didnt know you could get a 165/50 in 13", thought the lowest 165 tyre for 13" wheels was the 165/55 which has a similar profile to a 175/50.

I'm just quoting what I was told here, they might be 55's. My main worry is the back as I'm sure the front will be just fine! :)

Offset of the wheels is ET25 mate if that helps, cheers.

Also does anyone have any idea what these would be worth?

Anyone help?

they will fit 100% fine if you have 165/55/13 tyres, alot of people run 7's all round either offset or 7's and 8's, so 6's and 7's you shouldn't have a problem

But with what offset? 7" they may be, but they might also be ET40 or somehting

I've seen people run both offsets of the 7's on the front and 8's on the back, either of the 7's or the 8's will fit on the back with the right tyre and height, so if hes got 7's on the back and is down about 60mm he'll be fine, i assume they will be the less pokey offset if they are matched with a pair of 6's anyway

I've got 7's on the back and there fine mate.
