how i got the bready

Stripped the pancake filter and pooburg carb off and put some cbr 600 carbs, started but never jetted proply.

Picked a set of Twin Weber 40's DCOE up and test fitted them on the 1.0.

Got bored of working on the 1.0 so picked up a coupe s to take the 1.3 out

Picked a Coupe S up and stripped it down for rebuild.

Picked up a GT head for the 1.3

Got it skimmed and started to lap the valves in.

Valves lapped in.

New Inlet manifold for webers(old one for sale)

TWIN WEBERS!!!

Test Fit!

Cleaned rocker cover for powder coating

had the bores honed and pistons cleaned

Picked some goodies up.(hockenheims now for sale)

Change of heart with the wheels, now got a set of these(to be powdercoated black)

Parts to be powdercoated, plus rear beam and anti roll bar.

Things to do this month:

Buy throttle linkage and cable,

Buy piston rings,

Buy shocks and springs,

Oil pump chain,

got some good plans matey, keep it up! :)

Picked up a newman cam for bready to as the head is being rebuilt as we speak and the bottom end will be assembled next week, could be running very soon

I am lucky to have an engine rebuild shop near my house and he ordered them in for me,

One has been powdercoated red,

one is a spare,

hopefully should be running in a couple weeks,

engines coming out sat and he new one being built next fri,

the hopefully in the car the following saturday.

Wheels are powdercoated ready for tyres to be put on, picking up engine powdercoating tomorrow!
