If you paid via Paypal start a dispute straight away. Two weeks is far too long, leave it over a certain time and you can't make a claim

If it is PoLow (it might now be) hes best avoided as I've had dealings with him before.

Says he's from Cannock, which is were PoLow off here lives.

Also the fact he's sold the wheels he had on his Alfa the other week make me think it's defiantly him.

I bought stuff off him before and had no problems,
