1995 M reg VW B4 Passat 1.9TDi(1Z)GL Estate.

Storm grey.

141k miles with stamped service history upto 108k miles.

Electric windows(faulty)

Electric mirrors(switch missing)

Power steering.

No MOT....it expired just over a month ago.

Taxed to the end of this month.

Recent service as well as new discs,pads and rear shockers.

Even though there's no MOT I doubt it will need much to put it back on the road....possibly a track rod end as there's a bit of play in the steering.

I've just driven it 280 mile and for 5 hours none stop so there's not that much wrong with it. :)

The bodywork is in good condition apart from a bit of rust showing through on the rear arches,a scuff on the front bumper and a few age related marks.

The grey velour interior however is grubby to say the least and will need a damn good valet if it's to be put back on the road..

It also requires a new drivers door handle.

I'm selling as spares or repairs due to having no MOT,the few faults mentioned above and the grubby interior.

Perfect for a TDi conversion and then either scrap the rest or get a couple of hundred quid back by breaking it for spares?

I didn't think I said anywhere that I was breaking the car...that's the last thing I want to do!

Someone asked if I was going to break it and I replied..."what do you need" or words to that effect as I've got 3 B4 Passat estates and various parts.......

Anyway....395 quid buys this Passat and whole! :)

Bare 1Z engines with no service history and without the injection pump,turbo,ECU etc etc etc go for 200 quid so why buy something you can't hear running or drive??

There's well over 200 quid in parts and scrap value should someone decide to buy the car for the engine and then recoup their money by breaking the car.....again that is NOT me!
