I'm a massive fan of your work dude, the polo looked awesome just needed more lows ;) but i really like this awesome golf everything your doing is all the things that are worth doing :)

Keep it up, Ryan.

cheers man, would have loved to lowered the polo more but it was just not practical for me as i have passengers and a load of camera equipment in my car quite often aha. Even though the things i have done to my golf have only been cheap mods they have made a big difference. The most expensive thing has been the wheels but they only cost £100 after i sold my old wheels

Cheers man

So for the last month i have had road works down my road meaning tonnes of dust and dirt flying around everywhere. That meant that there was no point washing my car as it would be dirty 5 mins after i finished. However, they have now gone so i took my day off today as a chance to clean and polish my car finally

and here are the results

had a crack at the lowering springs today,

got the back ones done quite quickly

before:

After:

DSC_0365_zpsb8c721a1.jpg

Then i started on the fronts, got the passenger side done

DSC_0367_zps6c634b80.jpg

But then I was tightening everything back up when this happened

IMG-20130830-WA0002_zps2c0f8133.jpg

Wasnt even tight when it snapped in half, and to top it all off my ratchet from my socket set has broken as well although it was from halfords so that would be why

Finished the lowering springs the other day and sprayed up the center caps today only to find that they are the wrong ones and dont actually fit the wheels [facepalm]

so someone thought it would be nice to leave me a present on my car the other day

IMG_20130926_115157_zps27b65bfb.jpg

So I had a crack at fixing the damage. this is only going to be a temporary fix till i can afford to get it done properly but it hasnt come out too badly, not bad considering all i spent was £5 and about an hour working on the car.

sanded down

Fitted

And then this morning i got a Custom Exhaust fitted at Longlife in Carshalton and i am very happy with it. This is the second system they have done for me and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

The system is not too loud when driving at slow speeds or crusing but when you give it some it sound sporty and loud

heres some pictures of it fitted along with the Anni Valance. Ignore the dirt i need to clean my car
