I've had the car for about a year and a half and thought I'd finally get around to doing some jobs to it after getting a full time job myself!

So here she is, Ruby, my Canyon Red Open Air

First thing was the obligatory foglights and xenon headlights!

Then I saw a set of Audi TT seats and thought I'd give them a try

Made up some brackets and got some switches for the heated seats

Progress was slow and painful...

...but slowly and surely it all came together!

All stripped out

Brackets welded in and painted (Dragon Green was all we had in the garage!)

Seats in!!! :-D

The only problem is the width of them! I cannot use the electric features with the door shut, nor can I pull the seatbelt past the brackets! Looks like a bit more modification is needed before everything is all up and running perfectly!

Totting up prices for some re-trimming and some extra goodies, so watch this blog!

I had a problem with the motor, and just after the rebuild I had some leaks, but I put that down to me not the car! But now it is all watertight!

This car is now being split down due to an engine failure - many parts available - see link below.
