Looks like a copy of an ecotek valve with a vacuum gauge attached.

It fits on a vacuum hose and all it does is bleed air into the intake during the deceleration which basically does sod all except make a stupid noise.

i'm going to send them a question about how they can make such ridiculous claims and how can they back them up.

all there doing is trying to sell you a collection of awesome cool manly words, with a shiny paperweight lol
