Drivers side window mech, does it go up and down freely??? How much if so?

i have a 1000cc 6n2 polo breaking

2 door basic model,manual windows,no central locking

good engine and gearbox,good lights,bumpers etc

all parts except rear lights avaible

How much for the bonnet?
