I think I have water building up in the panel underneath the front window on my 6n as after a lot of rain, when I turn to the right I get water coming into the passenger footwell! This managed to cause my blowers to stop working aswell. Does anybody know where or if there are some sort of drainage holes to stop the water storing in there?

Yes there is. They are at either end towards the front and they leak down to the inner arches and then to the floor.

It's best to go all in on this. I take the wipers off ( remove cap and nut) then the rubber strips and the plastic trims. I personally then remove everything in there so wiper motor, ecu frame and cabin filter box (2 plastic 10mm nuts inside) because leaves and crap tend to go underneath. If you have a vacuum cleaner then use it suck all this crap out if it's dry, then prod the drain holes until they open. I then use hot water and fairy liquid with an rag and clean the whole area until it's spotless. Then let it dry off and refit everything.also, if you have a sunroof model, the front drain tubes could be blocked or have come out of the rubber connector at the a pilar. This is the most common reason for wet footwells.
