cheers you penis! lol

give me a year and it will be!

A translator for those who are searching for parts on eBay.de would be very useful!

I looked on there and found 7 g40 gearboxes- never hapens in brittain!

Things like;

-can i have a price for delivery to brittain?

-is pay-pal ok?

I've got a few names of parts myself;

getriebe=gearbox

krümmer=manifold

abgaskrümmer=exhaust manifold

turbokrümmer=turbo manifold

nockenwelle=camshaft

kolben=pistons

Schmiedekolben=forged pistons

vergaser=carburettor

help from a real german person and not bablefish would be good!

dunno if this has been suggested before....

but what about some Club Polo mats? i would def be down for some :D

I'm thinking that would be a really nice idea! Just plain mats with the club polo logo on them!

A search function that can search for 3 letter words like G40 and Mk3

^^^ thats a good one...

also we NEED a seperate section for buyer/seller feedback.

Threads can be titled in teh format :- Seller [Grungeisdead]

now in the first post i can write what i have sold and to whom...

239mm Discs - Shabs

Chrome Mirrors - Walshc

etc

and futher posts could be added by the said people in the thread who had bought or sold anything off them.

or possibly incorporate it as part of the profile?

definatly the way to go, we used to have one of neowin, a computer forum i used to frequent and for those who bought and sold regularly if eased confidence for all. new users could see at a glance who are the big sellers with decent reputations, and scammers dont go unnoticed over time.

Got a suggestion...

a photoshop section, one for requests and one where you can show off work :thumbsup:

its probably been said b4 but..........

a regionalised (sp) meets forum would be good, infact it would b great, on another forum which has this and it seems to work....then ofcourse theyd have 2 be a section for the 'big' meets/ shows. would defo make things easier.

taylor

i agree with taylor, another forum i use does this, and it works!!

i would love to see a 'how to' sub forum in the techy section, where people can post step by step guides with photos

found the one on club lupo and thought it was great

Don't know if there already is any or anyone has suggested this but here goes...

a CLUB POLO Sun Strip?

Think a good section to add would be a parts for sale by Mk, like in the photo gallery its split from mk1 to mk7 and non polo. Same concept for parts for sale would be good. Would save time searching through for parts for your mk of car.

heres a odd one one nothing to do with forum a Club Polo Myspace? lol bored at work so why not

definately think club polo mats would be a great idea!

i wouldnt mind getting a group buy together?

Dan

do you think justmatz would be able to sort out a group purchase?

i could maybe get them done in work, we just did a whole load for Planet Auto down south, Dietrich/Autostyle did them for us, would all depend on numbers though!

start up a possible group buy in for sale section? (if its ok with club polo admin)

make it so you can use old attachments again and again

No good uploading pics when you can only use them once

Enforce the 'The Parts For Sale forum is for private traders only' rule :roll:

Hi guys, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before...and its kinda hard to search for it asewell.

Basically iv noticed that everyone's blog isn't in the order ud expect it to be in.

I.e

The 1st entry will be the most up to date. BUT.. if your reading someone's project blog for the 1st time, surely you want to see it from the 1st stages, up to the latest stages. Its like reading a best bit of a book from the last few pages, then reading back on yourself lol.

This is made even worse if the car is a finished project, u see the finished product before uv had a chance to read about the work they did to it along the way.

?

Hey, i'm new to all this and i think it would be a good idea to have a newbie section, also i think a map under the events calender would be cool so we can see where the events are gonna be held, also if we could type in our postcode to see the nearest ones with options like 10 mile radius, 20 mile radius etc etc.

Thanks :-D
