The industrial estate is handily populated with, a welder fabricator, a spray/paint shop, and a motor mechanics............ to name a few!

Never had any trouble on the estate with stuff being nicked, everyone is dead helpful.......

To be honest, you'll only really get 1 car in the space and be able to work around it comfortably......... but to be fair what more do you want for £100 all in? LOL!

One of the members is a main dealer Audi tech with all the tools and gear any VAG fan would ever need

Forgot this was the polo forum… you might two cars in one bay. You would be allocated a 6x3 mtr space

According to the web a polo coupe is 3.65 x 1.56 mtr
