how is it done bud?

I brought all the GTI stuff as it is then straight fit.

So both headlamp washer jets, piping, pump and GTI washers bottles x2 (you will need both as GTI ones join together)

Bumper off, there is mounting postions already there for the jets so just fit then in and you will need 4x screws to screw them down (I just found some random ones that fit) piping from drivers side runs along inside of impact bar and they both join to a small section of pipe that leads to the pump. Fit both GTI washer bottles (the headlamp bottle actually sits outside the arch behind he arch lining (you will know how to fit it when you see it)

Now to wire the pump, two options:

1. Wire it to your original washer jet pump so that when you spray your windscreen washers they will come on at the same time.

2. (The proper way) wire it up so it works properly (only sprays when headlights are on and you pull the stalk) can show you the wiring diagram to do it this way but you will need the correct relay (I happen to have a spare, £18 posted) and wore it that way.

The holes for the washer jets to come out the bumper are already marked so you just have to cut then out (or pay some body place to do it if your not confident enough) then buy yourself a pair of headlamp washer jet covers get them sprayed then they clip in place

Job done

Edit: the washer jets are sided, once fitted look at the jets and you'll be able to tell which way they spray... Make sure you put them the right side

Have you still got the diagram mate to wire them up?
