You use them instead of your stock spring cups on top of the spring at the front

What do they sit closer? or make it lower?

Shit. I mugged myself off last year then selling my set for less. Luckily I have another set

Because they are shallower than standard ones, the top of the spring sits higher up in the turret, bringing the car down. Very useful for sorting out the dreaded anti rake
