my polybushes are still going strong..

I've heard people saying poly inner a won't last with having to flex with arb blocks

Arnt you running a stage 3 subframe with out an arb? Or have you

Got arb blocks and Polly inners? I so what brand? Where they hard to push forwards?

yeah stage 3, which still would pull the arms forwards like the blocks do.

mine are powerflex, easy to do with a vice and a little grease :)

Oh yeah the stage 3 still pulls the Tca forward I wonder if it would make it harder fitting arb blocks though, brilliant cheers!

Another update another add on!! AP suspension fitted = one happy polo owner. It has transformed corners!! The car doesnt wallow any more. 40/30 drop, so not too much. Will try get some pics up next week.

I've read the post on fitting a 1.4 16v engine and want to know a few things. Who here has done one or would like to do one for me?? I also want the car fully resprayed. If I said I didn't want to spend more than £3000 would this be a realistic budget??

Feedback appreciated
