Going to view a 6n2 tomorrow just wondered what things I should be looking out for if anything? Thanks

Gearbox mainly, they seem to have a reputation of going mine sounded like a shovel being scraped along the ground as it was going. Electric windows also seem to never work can be anything from a wire to a motor or they just don't fancy opening on that day.

Saying this from experience just brought a 6n2 and the gearbox was £500 to replace and the electric windows didn't work but work now.

Pedal boxes are iffy, gearboxs too - if its stiff going into gear "alarm bells".

electric windows, usually to do with bad earths or the switches going, central locking pumps have a tendacy to die.

look out for the thermostat housing as well, if its cracked it needs doing!
