Hi guys, my name's Connor and I'm 17 :-) bought my first car about a week ago for £600. She's a 1.0 dragon green 6n. nice tidy run around for now, with a few bits and pieces that are broken such as the D/S window winder, needs new brake lines, nice dented bonnet and cracked grill.

Sorted the brakes out, got a badgeless grill and a bra on the way (to try and hide that dent)

Gave her a quick scrub:

And today I attempted to make a new gaiter due to mine being ripped and looking like a dog's gimp mask.

Might be getting some mint condition 16v bumpers for £70 from a mate soon.

I've still got a few things to do to get her running perfect and of course you're all going to tell me to lower her, and I will depending on insurance in the short run.

So today I fitted my bonnet bra, hides that dent nicely I think. Opinions?

Also I ended up buying these 16v bumpers in excellent condition, bar the bug splats. Will be painting these dragon green and fitting soon.

Anybody else think of cheap and relatively insurance friendly mods for now? :)

Hahaha, I think the guy I bought it off was a bit of a boy racer, it felt a bit loose to be honest. And I think the heat had something to do with it. Cheers mate!
