Dave's Coupe S

Featured Replies

So hi thought ill put up a build thread while doing some work on a polo i bought from this forum a few weeks ago.

First of all just say him I'm new to the polo world i from clacton in essex.

Now first of all i bought a polo off eBay wasn't really what i was expecting when i arrived and as i payed a deposit on winning to just payed the rest and took it home was surpost to be a coupe s but turned out to be a parade good point where it had low miles so the plane was to do her up but i really did want a coupe s and one just poped up on here where i live so i went and bought that 1 as well.

Knowing it needed welding i have begun to cut the rust out and take a stab at welding so here is what i done so far.

The parade..

Its a shame about the rear arches as the rest of the car is solid but ill plod alone and get it done.

Now with the parade its for sale on here but if i cant sell it I'm thinking of ratting it or mil-spec it while i do my other one that way i can take me time and done thing right

What you guys think?

The parade is a rare model, so it's nice to see your not ratting it. Shame about the S though
