What time is everyone planning on getting there on Friday?

Bugjams no where near as good for racing, as it can be busy some years. This year it was pretty much as many runs as you want on the friday though! Bugjam is loads better for entertainment as it spreads across the whole site past the pit lane. Action is still a sweet show too

Please be aware that anyone putting there names down and not turning up to the show without letting anyone know will receive an show stand ban. This is due to people taking up space that could be used by other's.

basically we have created guide on how to put on a club stand.. part of this will be issuing the people on the stand our contact information and also us taking the people on the stands contact info (email/address/mobile num). This way we can chase people and they have no reason not to get in touch.

I'm not too worried about Action but the ones where we have a set stand and capacity that is required..

Yeah, basically there is plenty of notice for these things, such as RR day, people put their names down and then last minute drop out due to funds etc, but with that notice if you're keen for going you should plan around it, if not don't put your name down for a place you may not want.

Especially planning such events like RR day, they need numbers to know if it's worthwhile, loads of people let down and the club are the ones who look stupid for saying yeah we've got 30 cars coming and 10 turn up.

It's easy to say "ah I'm skint can't go" but the club are the ones who request certain sized stands etc and then have to explain why it isn't full.

The list of guidelines/rules will be up soon, and as always priorities lie with paid up club members with Polos and so forth.
