I have been offer a gti interior it come out off a 5 door mine a 3 door back seats would fit no probs but the front seat will not recline forward to let people in the how hard would it be to take the seat covers off the gti front seats and fit them to mine has anyone done this before I just don't want to miss out on this interior that's all

I think the gti interior have a more sporty/buckety style foam compared to the standard one so you'd have to change all the foam and cut out the slot for the recliner

I don't mind changeing the forms aswell not a hard job thou would u do it matey

I'd give it a try done it on xr2 interiors wasn't hard iirc but that's a older style interior

To remove the foam to hard u would off thought am going to do it
