Have a 2000 1.4 mpi polo that only blows out cold air, taken bottom half of dash off and checked switches, it is constantly on cold (blue) and it is just warm air that constantly blows out

Would prefer a DIY repair that I can do today if possible

On a non A/C model

Sounds like the heater flap has partially jammed or the adjusting cable is slipping/fallen off

That'll serve me for not reading properly, thought it said no air con, as if it isn't working!

Got it sorted today took some of the bits off from where the adjusting cables lead to and noticed the control arm for the flaps had fallen out just simply fiddled about and got it back in properly handy job saved me bringing it to a garage
