I've got a Polo 1.3 coupe S

And I'm thinking of putting a 1.8 20v turbo in it

From a golf or passat

What do you guys think ???

Not easy - especially in a mk2 your probably really pushing it.

This has been covered a lot of times before so have a search around and youll realise its not just a case of tacking some mounts in place and plugging it in.

The mk2's have an even smaller engine bay than a mk3 so it would be difficult - not to say its not possible though.

Cooling is an issue with the sheet steel fronted pre-'91 cars, too.
