MHC 13: Oxford Car Cruise

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

Some of you may already know but every year me and my mates do a car cruise for my best mate Marc Howe that passed away 3 years ago. This is now the fourth cruise which consists of everyone buying a sticker (all proceeds go to british heart foundation) and coming along for a cruise around Oxfordshire. Every year it is getting bigger and bigger with about 100 cars last year, he was a fellow dubber who owned L10 DUB (silver mk4 5 door on keskins) so come and show your love.

Even if you live at the end of the country but would like to buy a sticker and donate towards the cause please just send me a PM and I can get some sent out to you.

Please have a look on facebook:

As said guys this is a great cause to continue spreading the love that he used to do to everyone he met.

Cheers guys! X

So, Details!

Another year has passed without Mark, Madness I know. So it’s time for our yearly act of respect to the main man himself. By know you should all know the drill, for those who don’t, this is a motor based and orientated rolling memorial, whether it’s a hatchback, estate, supercar, sports car, modified car, unmodified car, super bike, moped, chopper, van, flat bed, lorry, plain, ANYTHING YOU WANT, as long as you bring with it a good attitude and decent vibe you are MORE THAN welcome. Meet will start at the Water Eaton park and ride, then we will head off on our journey bringing Oxfordshire to a standstill. Some SERIOUS cars/bikes attending this year its not one to be missed.

Stickers!? Designs soon to be released. These will be on sale on the day, maybe sooner. I will confirm this when I know. AS ALWAYS, EVERY PENNY made will be donated to the British Heart foundation. To help others in similar situations to our lost brother.

As I said, ALL ARE WELCOME, HOWEVER, this is a relaxed atmosphere, Any bad attitudes/ bad driving WILL be spotted, and WILL NOT be tolerated.

More info to come, keep an eye on the page for updates. Cannot wait to see you all. Last years turnout left me speechless. Would love to see that again.

OX2 8HA, 6:30, Saturday the 20th of July 2013. You have to buy a sticker (£3 each or 2 for a fiver) to display on your car.

Be aware, this isnt a chance to show off your new engine, this is an organised respectful memorial cruise where we all cruise around oxford in a line, with our hazards on.

This is an awesome cause guys, will be some serious cars down there. See you there!
