This is what I've got in my 6n2 but you do need to do some work to fit and get the Satnav working

What else does the screen do like show up names or tracks radio etc and what unit is that out of bud

I don't know if it shows up track names to be honest as I have a load of copies CDs in it and I know sometimes they don't allow names so it just shows CD1 tack 2 or whatever.

It is out of a VW passat 01-05 plate, so OEM genuine VW item

The only disc input on the face is for the Satnav docs it will not read CDs!

You can easily get round it as i did. Cd changer in the boot with the wiring loom (about £30-40 off eBay for both parts)

Alternatively you can buy a auxilary input box to go in place of the cd changer so you can use iPod etc.

I've got a cd changer in the boot already bud from my standard unit so will that work with the unit and wiring the sat nav how hard is it

Depends on the plug from your changer (one that goes to head unit) if not then I got a OEM quality one with proper connectors for £15 off eBay

2x ABS feeds (for two front wheel speed sensors)

1x reverse feed (taken from reverse light switch)

1x after ignition feed (I took that from heater panel)

If you do buy one make sure it comes with the GPS aireal and the radio code or it'll be useless

I've an alpine double din in mine and it fits in very well. The light are also very similar to the speed lights so it nearly looks very tidy and is a very good piece of kit :)

I've got the Pioneer AVH-4400BT and that fits nicely, really fills out the din spaces, awesome headunit too just a bit pricey brand new :/

Does that alpine w203ri fit straight in mate.

Does that alpine w203ri fit straight in mate.

Mine just went straight in but I had a pioneer single din when I got the car so unless the previous owner done a bit of chopping it should just slide in

I have a JVC KW R-400 (other models have more stuff)

That fits fine, the unit sticks out, but its supposed to.
