Could you use a polo gearbox and adapt the mounts?

harris.racing: Yep.. gearbox is next step. Current one is squealing as hell on each gear.

And about calibration.. I don't know, only hoping that it was calibrated :) .

Tramp: Definitely no, even the felicia gearbox can handle much more power without any bigger problems.

Little update.. bought shorter gearbox made by Mr. Sixta from czech republic with self-locking differential :)

Runs much better, with 0-100 on wet road in 10.0-10.5sec, looking for something around 9.0-9.5sec in dry conditions.

Now there isn't ideal intake manifold, so the power over 6000 rpm is not ideal.

I'm waiting for new one which may be looking like this:

Idea is to make it as long as possible (about 15-20inches) and with smooth transition from shape of pipe to the shape of intake tunnel.
