This was my little 1.0 4 speed genesis coupe which I had for 2 years. Did few mods and changes as you see in picture

sold it and as usual regretted it straight away. So decided its time to get either a GT or 1.3 this time (no more 1 litres) and started searching until came across a 1.3 genesis in blue nearby so went to have a look and shook hands

So this one was going to be my new toy

BEFORE PICTURES

it was completely standard apart from 80/60 lowering kit which I did not like so decided to put 60/40 kit

Since I bought it 12 months ago, I have put new fuel tank, fuel filter, G40 seats, ATS classics, GT tail lights, MK2 rocker cover, cleaned engine bay, k&n filter, chipped ECU, stainless steel sunroof arms, sealed underneath underside and arches with anti rust treatment and given a general service to keep it running nice and smooth

So here we are nearly 12 months later

Just doing little bits and bobs as I get chance along the way and looking forward to enjoy it on the roads once again

cheers man, yeah wire brush on drill is your best bit thats how i do it for quick process.

Some new 14's for my coupe

These looked good mate. Forgot to ask yesterday, what make 60/40 suspension are you Using? I'm looking for some that isn't harsh as hell (most cheap kits that I've ever bought have been like this). I've got koni adjustables on the wife's golf which seem good, and AP coils on the Audi. I've heard H&R cup kits are the best shock n springs for coupes, followed by AP's?......
