Polo Openair 1.4 CL 3dr Silver

Featured Replies

I brought the car in 2010 with 65000 miles on the clock for a lady owner, I am the third owner from new. However it wasn’t driven very much 5 miles every other day. The breather was all blocked and the tappets where noisy. I fixed the problems and the car has served me very well but it’s time to move on I’m in need of some funds to purchase a 5 door car.

Very good on MPG and has been unmolested. I have serviced the car with good quality parts and oil.

TTT!!!

Hi mate, all the replacement parts you fitted, did they NEED to be replaced? or was it just to be on the safe side?

The MOT stuff like brake pipes etc where (advisors) and because it was the missis car I to made sure she was safe.

Tappets and breather stuff was easier to buy new and replace.

I put a clutch in it as I had a spare brand new one and make it easier to sell.

And while the gearbox was off replaced the other items to be on the safe side. and while it out you might as well nothing worst that having to take it off again to replace little parts.

Went for a drive in it this morning and I must say what a difference a quality clutch makes.

The one we took out did have made in spain on it.
