I need the little rectangular plastic covers which go over the bolts at the top of the rear bumper.

There are four - I'm missing the two on the right side of the car - 15 and 13 in the pic above. Happy to buy all four though.

I guess mine must've dropped off when I opened the tailgate after the bump.

i think i have some of these spare in my box of bits. Give me a day to go dig them out.
