VAGCOM Help! Urgent!

Featured Replies

hi,

my brothers polo is bringing on an engine management light. its a 6n2 1.4 8v, engine code AUD. having access to vagcom i've scanned it but don't know my way around the software that well so not too sure how to test the sensors. the tests i tried to run where 036 and 034 but they wouldnt complete. this made me think the second sensor wasn't plugged in properly but all seemed well when the connections were checked. i was able to run them two days ago and they ran to completion but this was before the error was coming on.

Get the car up on a ramp and check the post cat lambda sensor wiring and the lambda sensor. This is the one underneath the car and not in the engine bay.
