Vw Jetta - 1.3 8v - Capri Green - TA Coilovers - Non-Polos

Hi there,

Was going to keep this, but 3 cars is a bit too much at the minute,

I bought this about this time last year, to use as a daily for 5-6 months whilst I re-built my GT. Its probably the most comfortable car I've ever owned, so I loved it.

The majority of the paintwork/bodywork is excellent. Though there is a number of places that could do with some attention. These can be seen in the photo.

The car will come on some 13" seat steel wheels, the tyres still have quite a lot of life left in them, though the wheels aren't really doing the car any justice.

The interior is pretty much perfect, lovely and clean, totally original apart from some good quality front and rear black "GTI" floor mats. The drivers seat could do with a quick clean as it is dusty/grubby from my work overalls. I should be able to do this before the sale.

The engine is lovely and smooth, its covered circa 82,000 miles (so has the car), though has the usual rocker cover oil leak so could do with a clean up/replacement, I have one of these I can include, or I may even get round to doing it before the sale.

The rear coilovers were replaced for some better condition units when I got it, so these are in pretty good condition, I also have some spare low mileage units to go on the front, these will be included with the sale if needed.

Here's a list of the bad points;

Dodgy repair on passenger rear door

Both rear door outer door handles aren't working, one needs a new pull handle, the other should just need some messing with

Boot plinth snapped on left hand side, can pick these up off ebay for nothing

3 scratches on boot lid

Paint blemish on front passenger door, around handle

Thats all i can think of now really, i'm actually sad to see the car go, it used to get a ridiculous amount of attention, and with a few £100 spent on it, could easily be a show car.

Price is based on what other models are selling for in simular spec and condition, though i will accept any decent offers, though i'm in no rush to sell.

The car is SORN currently, and still has a decent amount of MOT left , ill check the exact time.
