Yes, when you get down South West Wales, there's a lot of people who speak Welsh as their first language. I used to work with a crew from down that way quite a bit, and they all spoke English fine, but spoke Welsh at home.

Its more the elderly people that speak welsh these days.

I hardly hear anyone speak Welsh in Cardiff (and that's the capital of the country!)
