Here's my polo when i bought it. £200 with 92000 on the clock.

1.4 8v

I started taking the vignal wrap off and realised at parts it was taking the laquer off at the same time... so i decided fuck it il spray the car and smooth bits and peices in the process.

so i decided matte black and treated it to a dam good slamming in the process. I removed the anti roll bar on the front and tied the exhaust rubbers up a tad.

Here's how she's sat:

The idea was to fit some rare corvette alloys i picked up but with adapters they stick out about 3inches. I'm not completely sold on bolt on arches so i don't think they'l be going on. Heres how they look mocked up...

The plan is to paint the rest of the car, sort my wheels out and then i have a few idea's engine wise Comments/abuse welcome.

I have to agree, they wheels look the mutts. Get the old hammer out!

So recently iv just been doing repairs just to keep it running. Fitted new tyres on the front and had the tracking done. It was miles out so I'm glad i sorted that. Decided to crack on with some more painting today so now i only have the passenger side door to do!

I'l get some more pictures in the light of the finnished product. Been a bit busy lately on other stuff so the polo has been pushed aside. Iv got more bits for the interior black door cards, headliner material so i can get on with some retrimming I sold the corrvete wheels as i decided against fitting them in the end. The offsets we well off. Hopefully theyr will be allot more progress as i want to get it looking pretty for the summer. Then onto the engine

Here's what iv been doing on the side. Picked them up cheap in a rite state so reffurbing them. Want to fit these but again they wont be used...

So more bits have arrived for the car.... BUT il save the rest for a bit till theyr fitted HERE is the material for my headliner i'l be retrimming. I recon itl look the nuts with the rest thats going in... What you recon? :)

Saw it today man! Looks good for finally having that door painted! Get some wheels on it son!

So I got let off work early so i gave it a much needed clean! I'v started the interior which is looking good just need to decided on which seats to invest in. Here's some pics of how it looks with the door smoothed and painted....
