Is it only me thats not enjoying using the new set up? Just wondering, the main thing is that it oinly uses 2/3 of the screen? and the blue to white isnt much of a contrast so all seems to blend in?

The back button on your browser?, I've had no issues here going back pages.

You may need to zoom in a little to click in the box.

Nope not enjoying it either. Its almost at the point of unusable on my phone which is how I access it 99% of the time. I pretty much can't browse the forum, it takes about 5 mins just get on and go straight to a thread and reply to it. Its running slow, not loading all the page and freezing so bad I have to refresh which takes me back to the main page and I have to start all over again.

Only having issues with this site and it hasn't improved at all since last night. Its like browsing on dial up :(

I must admit, pages especially with a few pictures take ages to load up (2mins +). E.g Guy's mk2 he's just sold

the site has been slow... there was/is quite a bit of archiving going on in the background. This is something the old site never did and when we have 1.6 million posts it does take a time to archive. So it should be the case once this stops then it should be back to normal. I have notice it be speeder tonight

When I posted my last post above here's how the top of the page looked

nothing on the screen worked and had to reload it again, which took an age

Yeah, Is much quicker now. Could not even get the images for the editor buttons yesterday and had to fly blind with tooltips for 'bold' 'italic'. Maybe my browser has cached the images now as well as the servers finished archiving.

I like the 'there have been 3 more replies' feature that saved me posting something stupid. Well done to all involved in the move.

I think it's just different to what we're used to, I'm finding it a little awkward at the moment, especially with stuff like things for moderating, but I'm sure will get used to it and become natural like it was in the past

Think I've used it once or twice, soon left, community here is much better.

I really like the iPhone version, really simple and well layed out . Better than the edition version!

Haven't had the opportunity to use it in depth on the pc yet, but the full version works spot on on my little phone :-)

No i'm on a desk top and I've been sat easily 5 mins to reply to this topic, I also enjoyed under the avatar location, joined and drives which used to show on mine. I could then gague length of time etc to buy off people and what they drive to what they are giving out info on to wheather is bull or not...

yeah I removed the extra info bit to see if it made a difference on speed. It was much speedier last night.. this morning its really sucking!

I'm finding ways around stuff so it crashes less but its still a pain in the arse to use. For example quick reply is a no go as it crashes after about the 4th word typed and I have to refresh the page to get it to do anything, happens every time for some reason

also slightly off topic, I posted a thread in the members section to get members opinion on the cars for sale thing, any idea when it will get moderator previewed?

Teething problems are to be expected unfortunately, it's a pain in the arse but hopefully it will be sorted soon, as mark said. Stuff going on in the background which wasn't during testing when it worked fine. If not there's only 1 person allowed online at a time :p
