2nd line is the actual link to the the picture.

So as mentioned above you can use the new style bbcode, but of course no one is aware or used to it.

Hate it - end of. I use my s4 99.9% of the time so i can have a read when I'm out and about and refuse to use mobile versions as they're even bloody worse. As for hovering your mouse over for extra info then its stupid as a vast majority of people use phones these days and its just their lives alot harder. No reason to have an account on here anymore as it takes too long to find/look at what i want especially when I'm at work and dont have long.

We had to do all new member validations manually, or we used to get spammed big time

amember was totally out of date and hanging on to life by its fingernails

People couldn't log into amember half the time, or ended up with accounts which didn't link to their forum accounts

Everyone had their permissions messed up for five minutes nightly while amember updated the forum

If you knew what you were looking at because the software was as out of date as it was, we were about as secure as a mk2 Polo

We didn't have any filter against double posting

We got double posting because the disks in the server didn't run fast enough at busy periods

We had three different shops depending what you wanted to buy

Don't even get me started on producing membership packs

Rightly or wrongly, people asked for:

A mobile version "app" - I hate it as well, just scroll down the buttom and hit "full version"

A like button

A better search function

I don't get what people are trying to hover their mouse over for more info, the forum displays almost all the same information as before, and you click in the same place for the same stuff for the most part.

And the full site works brilliantly on my little Xperia U, so I've no idea why it shouldn't on better phones.

I think the mobile version is awesome along with the new content button cause before you could only click view new post 2 then would say no new post but now shows all the stuff you haven't read. Good stuff guys

the mobile version is shit, but thats just mobile versions of sites in general anyway. They are harder to read, only have a faction of the functions and only give a faction of the info the normal site does... from main menu you can't see last topic posted in or the poster in each section, no emotions, no members location which is obviously great when potentially wanting to buy something. are just a few examples.

But like I say thats just mobile versions of sites in general, they are just shit by nature.

I'm still stuck using the mobile version tho because the full site just doesn't want to work on my phone

I proper, full-on hate it. I've tried to be positive, tried to just use the site, but all my old tricks are fucked. It's hassle on the phone, doesn't even work properly on the laptop, not enjoying it at all, so why try - seriously, incentive? A ban warning from illogical-x for saying 'my phone is actually just shit' one time is all the feedback i've had so far. That is all i've actually got to grips with so far.

Seriously, can someone please tell us what doesn't work? Because all I seem to be seeing is:

"It was slow" but now it isn't

"It's not working right on my phone" whereas on everyphone I've looked at it on, it's been fine

and

"I don't like it, it's shit"

I hate it more than my ex and thats alot of hate!! Please delete my account with immediate effect and then i wont be wasting money on something i no longer wanna use. Its a conspiracy anyway, like paying a fiver a year to be in a communist community where its run by certain idiots and not the members who actually fund it.

Haven't even tried the mobile version but I always use the full version on my phone with no issues at all

Pretty sure it's not a conspiracy, at no point did we say "you know what, we want to make it work as well as we can, except on Guy and Jon's phones"Seriously, tell us what ain't working and we'll try to find a solution, but we can't if we don't know what's up.
