1.3 head with ABD block

Featured Replies

Hi all,

New to the forum and I've a new engine project.

I picked up this head last weekend. It's a ported and polished 1.3 head that was previously fitted to a MH engine (not mine), it has a piper 285 cam fitted too.

I was thinking of using an ABD block with it, any thoughts on this? Pros/cons?

Thanks, I've the dizzy and leads for the head too plus the coolant flange and sensors.

Are there any specific head bolts or head gasket I need to get to fit it to an ABD block?
