Drive Network

Featured Replies

I'm not sure whether this has been mentioned before but the Drive Network on youtube is absolutely genius. My motoring passion gets its fix weekly with shows like Big Muscle and Chris Harris on cars then there is always the Detailing side with Drive Clean. Having been a subscriber for over a year I can't really top the video below even with Matt Farah on Tuned testing the Hennesey Venom Gt, enjoy this if you havn't seen it yet

Are there any other Drive Network subscribers on here?

Yep, subbed not too long ago after seeing a post on a blog I frequent, really cool, could spend hours watching their shows!

subbed a while back, love there videos. that one there with the f40 is amazing

I remember James May before half of Club Polo members were born. In the late '80s i was gripped to Car magazine, i remember LJK Setright well and i specifically remember James banging on about a new 16v engine for the '92 Escort starting in 0.5 seconds.. Yes, he was always anal about these things.

I also remember Chris Harris. This was going forward a bit, maybe mid-late '90s, and maybe 'Autocar and Motor' (later just Autocar, but they had the double name in my day). This was one of those exceptional few who wrote a column (page) and had me reading. The whole page. Every month.

Now you all know me, i know everything. I don't need to listen to people. Only i do, even with cars, and Chris Harris is one of the people i could really relate to when reading his page. Dunno what he's doing now, but i understand he's still got it good - fair play to him.
