I'll shortly be removing my stainless exhaust system off my car. It consists of the following:

Modified 4-2-1 to fit a Polo GTI Engine (ARC/AVY), but can fit back onto a 1.4 16v AFH engine- has had the EGR blanked off and warm air take off grinded off professionally.

Modified gti CAT to join onto the above manifold (i will also include the cat bypass straight through pipe which is stainless and matches the exhaust system below)

CAT back stainless exhaust system with a hidden backbox.

The car has only attended shows, hasn't been used as a daily so the system is in very good condition- pics to follow once removed.

I'm listing this to gauge interest and so you guys know how much to save/spend...

This system will fit BOTH 6N2 (mk5 polo) and 6N (mk4 polo)- my car is a 6N but runs a 6N2 exhaust...

factory cat with stainless pipe welded on to join via a flange (decat not pictured, but this is a straight pipe with bosses welded in for lambdas and flanged again like cat pipe:

As you can see, the system consists of powerflow silencers...so its pretty throaty, on high revs with a BMC...this thing sounds like a vtec screaming!

Photos of the system will come later today, full manifold back is off the car now and i've even laid it out against a stock GTI system to show you the comparison of silencer size and qaulity...

As promised (will take OVNO on this...AND bonus- i'll include a brand new vw manifold gasket so it will all bolt straight on your car):

What do you do about the 1st/top gti lambda? and i presume this clears the oil cooler?

BOTH lambda bosses are present, the pre cat lambda just sits further down the downpipe thats all...

Yes it clears the oil cooler no problem- the system is off my GTI engine- fits both AVY/ARC AND can be fitted to the AFH...

getting a few pms in regards to the manifold alone...please see pics, if you buy it...it'll come with the CAT/Decat pipes as these are no use for someone buying the rest of the cat back system from me.
