Good afternoon, well its been a while... i wrote off my old polo in the snow last year (Lets see if this one lasts eh) So ended up car surfing for quite sometime until i could afford a car of my own again and ended up taking my 2.5k and buying a C2... which i was very much against (Being a Vw man) But I've loved every minute in the little thing, its a vts so quite pokey too! Anyway here's a pic

anyway having watch my little polo rust up and go minging after the crash i decided i needed another one however, not intentionally looking.....

So the C2 is going in for respray and I'm looking around for a second car to use while its in (1 week) THoughts had been bashed around about using the girlfriends corsa etc... and i got a call from the garrage who i do alot of work for (Valeting their cars) who told me he'd just taken in a polo..... so i shot down to have look and this is what happend...

Found the car... handshakes taken place i snapped her up (Bargain)

Its a 1.0 4 speed boulevard, full boulevard interior... totally standard...

Its had 1 previous owner (Ill be the second) full service history from the garrage (Same man brought it to them for the past 19 years of its life)

Paintwork is totally shite... bumpers need more back to black than autoglym could ever supply me... but I've found a winter car :) Insurance is £420 a year fully comp!

Anyway... this will be my sub 1k track car project (Hopefully)

here's the money list :

Buckets - £101

Lowering Springs - £60

Switch panel (Like all race cars have) - £15

Race wheel and boss kit - £38 - purchased for £22.50 :) Bargain!

Thats all i have planned for now! :)

Let me know your thoughts though! :)

well took her out on the open roads for the first time today.... aparentally its been fitted with some sort of alarm thats a suggestion (I was driving down the road and it just "went off") The brakes you have to send them an e-mail in advance for them to actually brake, the inside smells like old man.... but hey ho! Its road legal! haha!

Bought it a set of bonnet locking pins and I'm sanding the paint down at the weekend! to remove the rust! icon7.png Ill let you know how i get on icon7.png

Kind regards

Welcome back mate haha!! I hit black ice last year in my coupe.:/
