My Dad has been working 10 years, on and off, on his Ford Pop. 2ltr engine, auto, Pinto head. He sold it a few years back and the guy left it sitting so he bought it back again a year later. So close to getting finished now even though he snapped his foot beginning of this year. Trooper

I'm approaching the 5 year mark with my G40, I keep changing plans and buy lots of shiney bits for it instead of just buying the bits I need to get it going.

Well done on the Mk1, looks great :)

My supercharged 6n2 will be a 5 year project at the end of the year.

entering 4th year end of this month, hasnt been continuously worked on, forver changing plans and not getting whats needed to get it on the road

Mines been a rolling project for ten years, but that doesn't really count. Sometimes I considered it to be finished when I liked it how it was, but they're never finished..

MK1 looks great, I nearly bought one in 07 when mine needed a new shell, I decided to buy this one instead, I felt I made the wrong choice for a while but the grass is always greener..
