After searching for a few weeks i finally found a 1.0 bready nearby, went to look at her but was misfiring, seller put in the garage for new plugs and leads,

picked her up when i got back from my holiday and she was running mint.

Weirdly enough I've just cut out and welded in new bits of metal in exactly the same two places you've shown! (the sill and at the rear of the rear arch)

A bit of an update.

Tried on my mates new wheels for a laugh, i kinda like them might see if i can buy them off him

and a small photoshop of it lowered with shitty reverse rake (not my work)

then i found out the other day i had a coolant leak, not good

found out today that the metal water pipe is humped. so if anyone on here has one let me know, otherwise its a phone call to Mr VW

Also ordered a back box as there was a rather large hole

Thats all for now, should be back on the road by the weekend

Well its been a while since i updated (pic heavy)

i managed to bodge the water pipe to stop leaking

got some pressed plates and removed the bump strips

I ended up buying those bmw bottletops off my mate (Liammckenzie35)

Powder coated by my dad at his work

Finally got tyres for them and i think it looks great now
