For sale is my 04 Plate 318.

The car has 1 fault, The car drives perfect, No engine lights or warning lights.. But.. The car has started sounding like a diesel.

I've replaced the Chain tensioner, Which I was told was the problem.. But this has not fixed the noise. I Have taken it to a garage and they couldn't find the fault, They suggested it was the tappets.

I have removed the rocker cover, and I couldn't find anything loose or broken, The chain was not loose either.

No warning lights are on, No fault codes either.

I have been driving it as is for almost 6 Weeks now, The noise has not increased, Sometimes the noise disappears.
