I'm having some shaking problems with my vw polo,

when i release the clutch all my dashboard shake and make so much noise and when the car is cold

this is worse.

I have replaced the transmission mount before a week.

What else might cause this ?

Rev it a bit more?

Or does revs not matter?

Could be a problem with the clutch and flywheel or engine mount. Does it do it every time you change gear?

Yes it makes less shaking/vibration when i rev it, but still shaking.

I have replaced the clutch before a moth with new Valeo (Kit).

and the engine mounts looks in good condition .

What do you mean with "when the clutch is in/out and idling " ? when the gear is in/out ?

I Have just replaced the clutch with a new one.

I didn't replaced the clutch myself.

it was replaced by a mechanic with experience, and i had this shaking/vibration even before i replaced the clutch.

did they check the flywheel. how does the car feel whe npulling away with just clutch and no revs, any judder/shaking? have you checked ALL the engine mounts? and how is the cars performance, does it seem alright on power?

They told me the flywheel was in excellent conditions and they just cleaned it, when i pull the car without revs it judder/shake alot more.

Engine mounts looks good i have replaced the transmission mount before a week, and is alright on power no loss.

is there any oil leaking from the drivers side mount? i cant think what else. the obvious seems mounts and clutch/flywheel. is there a balancer shaft or sommit in these engines?

No there is no oil leaking.There is Vibration damper, and a balancer shaft (if you talking about this) CLICK IMAGE

Does it do it when you just rev the engine in neutral? there is a little vibration when i rev the engine in neutral (not so noticeable), this only happen when the engine is cold.

Is it otherwise fine when you are driving?everything else seems fine, when the car is warm it makes less vibration/judder and this happens only in the first gear when i release the clutch without revs its very annoying.

Should i try first to clean my injectors ?

So its only when using 1st gear ? Yes mostly when i pull the car, and if the car is with 2500-3000 rpm in first gear there is no judder/shaking noticeable.

You need to get it plugged into diagnostics. That should tell you more. Taking it out could just disturb it.

Id say its pointing to the injector

I was going to try a Liqui Moly (Fuel injector Cleaner) if you know.

And it could be a timing issue this cause most judders/vibrations.

Edit: And i think my car is taking long time to warm up

you need vag com. you can be sure to if its warming up as should be and lots more other things. including the timing

Hi mate sorry it's a bit late but I have the same car and the same problem. And I'm pretty sure it's just because it's a 3 cylinder. As for the dash rattling I've just shoved some folded up paper in the gaps and that's made it better. Hope this helps

Check the balancer shaft chain hasnt snapped

Did u ever resolve this problem?

Check Injectors Electric connections ( take off rocker cover, plugs are as a pins ) if thats all fine get injectors tested, if all fine get the crankshaft timing checked.
