Hi guys,

I'm Pablo and I'm reading your forum since I was a kid, and I think i had a username in the past, but it's missing... Let me introduce myself after 10 years playing around with Polos and VW in general.

First one was a 2f with a 3f engine, it lasts me 15 days until the brake master cylinder goes off and then hit 4 cars! After that I bought a uber-destroyed G40 and made a mix between the crashed 3f GT and G40. Then the G-lader goes in small pieces... a compressor rebuilt, what's that? (it was 2003 I think). After that, another G-lader, a proper rebuilt, 68mm pulley and hit 130cv at the rollers.

Then I decided that Golf mk2 was the way to go, and owns 2 valvers and a diesel one (my daily nowadays with a remapped TDI 110 swap). Mk2 Golfs are possibly one of the 20 best cars of the XX century, but Polos are fun and cheap, and then bought another G40 to hit the tracks... Pulley, 3f inlet manifold, a custom intercooler and hit near 140cv at the rollers.

After other cars, and some cheating with sweden steel (a Volvo 360 and a Volvo 740 SW) I bought again another Polo, now a european 86c GT, engine code GK. 75cv carbed, mechanical tappets and 11,5 CR. I bought it for trackdays and for the fun to see it evolving. Plans are to hit al least 100cv with a wild cam, exhaust and bike carbs... I'm working in a performance shop in Madrid, with rolling road and fully equipped, let's see if it's possible!

And at last, some pics of the cars!
