I've been told its no longer referred too as scene tax, apparently its called 'supply and demand' now?

Enough to do 3 cars, I got it on ebay so it should be pretty good.

Sorry I sold it to some guy from the Ford scene, he offered more

probably best not to repeat that sort of joke on retro rides, got a right snotty reply to similar the other day

link required! lol

Haha, I'm involved in both, and the ford scene definitely puts a bigger dent in the wallet

can we stop cluttering up my wanted thread please. if you haven't got any scene tax or any £200 engines at twice the price then please dont post.

I own two of the only models of old ford not to carry scene tax, sucks ass :-(

Would like a mk1 granada or mk3 cortina as a daily but scene tax is vast with these cars

kiz if you have any excess scene left over chuck some this way so I can put it on my saph and make some money off it

What have you got aside the sierra?

I've got a mk1 cortina too, and it's taken a while to be able to afford all the parts and panels required to finish it due to the inflated prices of everything

£300 for a pair of sidelight/indicator units!

£1500 for a pair of new wings (I repaired mine though...)

Jesus H crist!

Kiz I defo think you need to post a wanted add on the ford forums if you want some decent scene tax!

Got two sierra's, pretty sure you tried to swap me one for a polo on retro rides the other day?

Yeah, not good

Yep that was me, I've been wanting a sierra but think I'm getting a volvo 340 instead, perhaps the least scene taxed car on the planet

I had a volvo 340 nice car mine was abit thirsty very reliable though

Bought it gle with electric windows heated seats ect l , bought it for 400 sold it for 409 then the next guy sold it for 800 prob after getting annoyed with a shagged solux carb and 27 mpg lol

Guy dont buy a 340 hahahah they are gutless as fuck lol

360 yoo!!

My 340 also had a shagged carb. Was SO bad on fuel

Whats worse than all this talk about golf etc parts getting scene taxed is polo bits. I suppose it's cos 17 y/o with their first car arn't too fussed if their parents pay through the nose for a set of GT sun visors or G40 cigarette lighter
