MOT until 10th June 2014. open to offers, needs to go as i have a new car. 07792378134

R reg silver mk3 3 door for sale.

This is a solid motor with long MOT (10th June 2014), tax until December, good gearbox, good clean interior for the age even the glovebox lid works, one of the main reasons I bought it as it is a nice place to be in, 4 good tyres, central locking, airbag, power steering, leccy mirrors, cold aircon etc.

- 132k but these AGG engines go on for ever! Cambelt done at 120k when i bought the Car!
- Currently on fully adjustable coilovers that are about a year old with new top mounts when fitted. but comes with standard suspension in sale.
- i also replaced the standard side skirts with some much better original ones as the ones previously on there when I bought it were all rusted and warped (usual mk3 issue)
- I recently spent over £400 on service, disks and pads front and rear as its the later model with them all round, throttle body clean, new lambda sensor with receipt for all work.
- I have owned this for the past 18 months and been a very reliable car. Just needing a new coil and battery when the coil failed last winter, it has been spot on since the change.
- Black rear badge but comes with original if wanted.
- de-wipered on the rear but still have wiper and motor to put back on.
- Aux input pioneer head unit 50wx4 with good sounding speakers (way better than my newer audi)
- VR6 leather steering wheel with black stitching.
Presses plates

There are a few minor issues as expected. The clutch has just started slipping a tad. I first noticed it when I was driving to pick up my new car but its perfectly drivable.
Brakes are spot on apart from the ABS doesn't work. But rare that you find a mk3 that has working abs these days. I bought and fitted a new ABS ecu but it was the wrong part code, but never bothered to get another.
leccy windows dont work but I have a spare regulator for the drivers side, although AC works fine.
small rust patch on rear lower quarter dink in the bonnet and drivers wing from previous owner but polishes up nice!

Its currently on refurbed VR6 BBS wheels but they aren't included in the sale but can be bought separately. Comes on standard GTi alloys but they have 4 tyres with good tread on them.

I have just bought an A3 so no need for this any more and after a quick sale so £450 ono Located near Henley-on-Thames

more pictures to follow with interior shots but here's some to start:
