New, Polo Breadvan

Featured Replies

Hi all, been brought up with Vw's my whole life. Past my test in August and wasn't planning on passing as I had no faith in myself! Turns out I did pass and wanted a Polo coupe/Breadvan and none were out close. So ended up bying a Corsa.. wont say much about that. But last month due to a tyre blow out it landed the Corsa dead after going through 2 ditches, a bank and landing on some bushes. Never the less with two flat tyres the car still ran and drove 5 miles painlessly. It was in bad shape and yes could of been repaired but didn't see the point in spending 500 quid on parts when the body work was completely ruined and would still look like a scrap car. So I sold it two days later and a friend had a Polo Breadvan Boulevard which I had been crazing him about, and after some haggling and getting funds together I brought it. Welcome Polo....

This is where I am now, after sorting some running issues and two wheel bearings and fixing the exhaust. Then trying the Ats classics off my dads jetta which would require MASSIVE work to fit being 8J :(. But will update you as and when :). Bit of a dub scene here in Norfolk, not many old polos though..

Always nice to see young blood gettin' into old Dubz.

Breadvans Are where it's at, you've chosen well.
